AYANDA LETHUKUTHULA NHLEBELA
Ayarthula started as Dancers out back in 2011 while at high school with friends, as a Dancer. Their talent over a period of time was recognized by many in their hometown of Ndwedwe and surrounding areas. They have been featured in a hip pop artist, Moment Empire's Music Video which was Flight on channel O. They also been featured as a Dancer In DJ sdokos Music Video of his single "Ubumnandi", therefore music video of TNS feat Zanda Zakuza "Whatever" both in 2019. They also shared stage with high profiled artists in one the biggest events in KwaZulu Natal called We Are One Music Festival, the likes of Dj Bongz, Dj Tira, Zakwe, Mzulu, Musiholic, Duncan, Sho Madjozi, Hlengiwe Mhlaba and many more. Ayarthula has been traveling to virus number of radio stations with an intention of engaging with their music as they are working closely with dedicated artists management company called King Sam Enterarts Management. Since music industry has never been easy to penetrate for most young artists especially from disadvantaged so called rural areas, Ayarthula has bee working tirelessly to break boundaries and beliefs that most of rural area’s up and coming artists doesn’t succeed in the music industry. They want to put iNdwedwe in the mark as it seems to be the largest and well developing area. And they want to inspire lots of young people who still believe they should travel to Urban areas in order to persuade their dreams.
Love of creating music developed in 2015. Few tracks were dropped but never got to be officially released. The track which is recent Durban House/Gospel song titled AMENI Which features Ndah Jay produced by DUST and Beat Created by DJ target No Ndile, Mastered by DSC. This is a track that is highly anticipated by many people as they also shot their first music video during National Lockdown level 2 which was the most difficult experience during the period of COVID 19.
NGAPHESHEYA (Afro pop/Dance song) by Sparkling Peekay NoAyarthula featuring DSC produced by DSC (Sonke Sbahle Cele). Both these singles are very unique and it’s believed to be the next big songs to them since it was released during Lockdown. Music has been submitted for radio airplays and some radio stations has playlisted their new single. This single has been well recognized by most musicians even the Actors including Thabisile Zikhali (Vivian) from The Queen.
Sparkling Peekay and Ayarthula’s experience speaks for itself as their music video has been accepted by one of the biggest music video channels MTV Base and Channel O and they are willing to make the brand well known nation wild.
